Sergii Nosenko is a graduate of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” with a master degree in computer science and computer-aided design. He earned a second master’s degree in world economic relations management in the Ukrainian Foreign Trade Academy.

Randal Stephenson is a Chief Executive Officer of IIP Securities LLC, a broker’s company licensed by FINRA. Besides, he leads the company’s office in New York and the practice of Investment Banking Advisory.
He has 25 years of experience as the bankruptcy and M&A lawyer, the head of a private investment fund and the investment banker; he effected more than 170 mergers and acquisitions and corporate financing transactions to the amount exceeding 40 billion USD.
He specializes in advising companies on mergers, acquisitions, purchases, sales, as well as procurement of capital, exclusive sale and denationalization of enterprises and assets, as well as privatization; he effected more than 100 transactions in this area. He has a special experience in the countries of the former Soviet Union and South America.
He earned an MBA degree from Harvard Business School, an honours law degree from Boston College Law School, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan. He was admitted to the Bar Council of New York, he holds licenses for trading in securities.
Andrii Palka is a professional and successful banker with 15 years of experience in banking sector in Ukraine.
He built his career from the head of the lending division to the chairman of the bank’s board (DiVi Bank, 2011-2014). Over the three years of his work, the Bank ranked 35th in the rating of Ukrainian banks in terms of amount of net assets (net asset growth from 125 million UAH to 6.4 billion UAH).
He has a splendid experience in managing any banking processes, establishing a banking institution, and anti-crisis bank management. He is an expert in banking services and banking operations.
He has been working for International Investment Partners since February 2015.
He specializes in supporting M&A transactions in the banking market of Ukraine, buying and selling banking assets, capital investment projects in the finance industry.
He graduated as an economist from the Ivan Franko Lviv State University. He earned an MBA degree from KSE (2013-2014)
